·       It is now possible to fill in suppliers and/or buyers data into the BMEcat header by using our new import templates

Address for suppliers/buyers(customers) can be imported in module Import/Export with two templates. On each supplier/customer can be imported only one address. Name of fields in templates are identically with names of tags in BMECAT Address Block (exception only for tag Contact in BMECAT 2005 is exported like Tag Department).

Media for suppliers/buyers(customers) can be imported in module Import/Export with two templates. Templates are similar with template for Article-Media references.

One supplier/customer can have multiple medias. In BMECAT is allowed only on Mime for supplier and from this reason on export BMECAT will be tacked the first media with minimal sort order which are referenced with supplier.

To access this 4 Templates will be mandatory to give rights on for each user role which need this feature.

Update

·        Also, to fill data about suppliers and buyers in BMECAT Header are changedTemplates forsupplier/customer with new Filed “Type”. New field is exported in BMECAT like attribute “type” for tag SUPPLIER_ID/BUYER_ID.

In all templates for Export BMECAT are added five new parameters:

-          KäuferInfo – List of buyers(customers) for Project. In list name of customer is a concatenated string from name, type, address of customer (in scope to identify right customer in case if exist more customers with the same name).

-          LieferantInfo – List of suppliers for Project. In list name of supplier is a concatenated string from name, type, address of supplier (in scope to identify right supplier in case if exist more suppliers with the same name).

-          AgreementID, Agreement_StartDatum, Agreement_EndDatum – Parameters to fill tags in BMECAT HEADER/AGREEMENT.

*!* Parameters Lieferant-ID and Liferantname are deprecated. In future versions would be removedbecause functional from this two paramters are replaced with parameter LieferantInfo.
